An elderly Windsor woman was a victim of a strange assault this past Sunday.
Windsor Police are investigating after a 76 year old Windsor woman called to report that she had been out for a morning walk on Sunday August 12th around 6:15am in the 9000 block of Tecumseh Rd East (between Rafih auto mall and Forest Glade Drive).
The woman was walking Eastbound on the South sidewalk when she felt what she described to Police as “a slap or push” on her buttocks. The elderly woman watched as a man on a bicycle circled around her. The victim ran out into the roadway to attempt to flag down passing motorists for help.
