Construction should be completed by the end of the month on Phase One of the Riverside Drive Vista Improvement Project.
New curbs have been laid, and the installation of colored decorative concrete for the road way has be installed at key crossing points and asphalt has been poured on both sides of the road.
Riverside Drive East from the Little River Bridge to the easterly limit of the Solidarity Towers’ has been under construction since April.
Finishing features over the next two weeks include installation of traffic signals, road signs and clean up of the site.
The next stage of the Riverside Vista Project will not take place until 2016.
