The gaming areas of Caesars Windsor were evacuated just after 12 this afternoon due to a “power glitch” that affected some of the casino’s computer systems along with security systems.
Jhoan Baluyot Spokesperson for Caesars Windsor says that it is part of their protocol to evacuate all guests from the gaming areas when these things occur.
She says that the glitch is being corrected and that guests will be allowed back on the gaming floor as soon as possible.
The rest of the non-gaming areas of the casino remain open for business.
The casino says that the Amanda Marshall concert in the Colosseum will still take place at 9pm tonight.
