It is now easier for residents without a driver’s licence in Windsor-Essex to get official, government-issued photo ID. The Ontario Photo Card makes it easier for Ontarians without driver’s licences to travel, open a bank account and perform any other activities that require official photo ID.

The Ontario Photo Card is now available at the following local ServiceOntario centres:

  • 2437 Dougall Avenue, Windsor
  • 7623-25 Tecumseh Road East, Windsor
  • 400 City Hall Square East, Windsor
  • 566 Notre Dame Street, Belle River.

The Ontario government says that since July 2011, 40,000 people have applied for the Ontario Photo Card.
