The Ford City Residents in Action group are holding a long weekend community celebration to commemorate the Ford Village 100th anniversary, which will include a fireworks display Saturday evening in Drouillard Park (1247 Drouillard Road).
This free family event features an outdoor movie, live entertainment by BeeBo, face-painting, and fireworks. Food, 50/50 ticket and glo-stick sales will help support future community events.
The evening starts at 6pm, with the movie starting at 9pm and the fireworks are at dusk.
