For residents in the Pillette Road and Fontainebleau area, work is ongoing at the site of Chrysler Canada’s old Van Plant and new parts storage facility.

Construction crews are building a 755,000 square foot storage warehouse that will open in late 2012.

Planned to include green features such as rooftop solar panels, the plant being built by the Rosati Group will create 160+ jobs.
