This Wednesday, March 28th  The Windsor Scene will be airing on CJAM 99.1 FM, Windsor-Detroit’s local campus-community radio station, from 5 until 6:30 pm.

This week the show’s guests will be the members of local pop-punk outfit, We Can Be Heroes.  This five-piece consists of relatively youbg musicians with huge aspirations for the future. In October they released their first EP, entitled Where I Want To Be, which was recorded with Brett Humber at Sound Foundry Studios. They have had the privilege to share the stage with the likes of These Kids Wear Crowns, and coming up on April 5th they have a show at The Room (255 Ouellette Ave.) with Ten Second Epic.

When they come into the studio we will spend some time talking about their musical careers up to now, what the future holds for them, and their upcoming show.

In addition to music from the band we’ll be hearing from Tim McDonald,  Paint, Disco Assault, and The Unsettlers, among others.

So Tune in to The Windsor Scene this Wednesday, March 28th between 5 and 6:30 pm CJAM 99.1 FM or stream live online.

There is also a podcast, so if you’ve missed previous episodes, or would like to save this one for future enjoyment, subscribe.
