Some changes are happening at Devonshire Mall now that the Christmas season is over. Several stores have or will be closing and new tenants are expected soon.

Spencer’s the “source for unique and funny gifts” will be opening soon near the food court.

Costa Blanca, a womens clothing boutique has closed.

Urban Trade, specializers in products such as Quicksilver, Bench and Volcom has gone out of business.

Sterling Shoes has closed along with 52 other Sterling locations across Canada.

Fairweather will be undergoing renovations over the next few months and is clearing out their merchandise currently.

Sony Style closed yesterday after 19 years in Windsor.

    Mall stores come and go.. if you can’t make money in a mall with a captive audience than it’s time to shut down..

    When did Spencers close the first time? I have a very faint memory of it as a kid in the early 90s.
