For 30 years now, Artcite Inc. has been giving Windsorites the best holiday gift of all – the gift of Art.

Doin’ the Louvre is Artcite’s annual FUN(d)raising exhibition, and this year’s show will feature over 135 Windsor-area artists.  Over 900 pieces of art will adorn the walls of 109 University Avenue West.   Art will cover every inch of white space, and it’s all for sale.

This annual event is not only important to Artcite as a fundraiser but is also an opportunity for many artists – some of whom have never previously shown their work – to exhibit and sell their works.

The opening gala for this year’s Doin’ The Louvre takes place tomorrow at 7:00 pm.  The show runs right up until December 23rd, so even the procrastinators have no excuse to miss this show!

Entry into Artcite is always free.   Gallery hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 12 noon to 6:00 pm.
