Next week is Windsor Reads Week 2011.
Windsor Reads is a celebration of Windsor’s literary talent and the written word, bringing book reading to where Windsor’s citizens live, work, study and even heal.
At five different locations next week, local authors, celebrities and community leaders will take ten minutes and read Alexander MacLeod’s Scotiabank Giller Prize nominated book Light Lifting.
Each day next week a Literary Arts Windsor volunteer and guest reader will introduce themselves to passers-by – visitors, students and staff of various locations mentioned below, and invite them to sit back, relax and enjoy some great literature for 10 or 15 minutes.
