The University's Green Corridor initiative is one such green project for the region

If you think green and are interested in the future of local green technology, the University of Windsor’s Centre for Hybrid Automotive Research & Green Energy is hosting a symposium on Green Energy and Technology this Friday.

The event is planned to be an all-day seminar to bring together government representatives, academics and industry professionals to push forward with the development of alternative energy in Windsor/Essex.

Speakers at the event will be looking to open discussions and foster new ideas to advance the green energy/technology sector in Windsor.

If you’re interested in attending and learning more about this local initiative, the symposium is a free event at the University of Windsor’s Katzman Lounge at Vanier Hall. The event starts at 9am this Friday September 2nd.
