Windsor Police are requesting the assistance of the public in locating the driver of a vehicle involved in a “hit and run” earlier this week in the city’s near east side. The woman was able to obtain a partial licence plate # BAPW ___. The van is described as a Ford van, gold in colour, with unknown damage. The driver is described as a Male, Arabic, 30 years with dark brown hair and facial hair on his chin (partial goatee). The van also contained a female passenger wearing a hijab and a scarf covering her face.
