Following this Monday evenings in-camera meeting of Windsor City Council, Mayor Eddie Francis introduced Cathy Masterson as the new Manager of Cultural Affairs.
Cathy comes to Windsor from the City of Hamilton, Cultural Division Management Team. Prior to that posting, she was the Cultural and Historical Services Manager for the Town of Okotoks in Alberta.
