PHOTOS: Spitfires Advance to Western Conference Final With 5-0 Win Over Saginaw

The Windsor Spitfires won the series Sunday night against the Saginaw Spirit with a 5-0 shutout at the WFCU Center.  Zack Kassian had a hat trick with a goal in each period.  Windsor’s Alex Khokhlachev and Jeff Brown added the remaining two goals in the first and second periods respectively.  Jack Campbell played a perfect game stopping all 25 shots on goal.   The Spitfires made history by becoming the first OHL team to win 10 series in a row.

The Spits will play in Owen Sound in the Western Conference Final.
