Art Fling in Spring Starts Saturday

The Arts Council Windsor Region will again be showcasing local artists at Riverside Public Library for four consecutive Saturdays when Art Fling in Spring kicks off this Saturday March 26, 2011. Each of the four week’s will feature a mix of artists with handmade goods.
The library is located at 6305 Wyandotte Street East, which is two blocks east of Jefferson Boulevard.
On sale will be a wide range of locally made art:
March 26: jewelry, native Canadian crafts, oil and acrylic paintings, prints, gift bags, hand-made felt products by: Dragon’s Den (Randi Cartier), Bethany Findlay, Jean Giofu, Mia Kerr, Elizabeth Prosser, Ann Spadafora, Adele Steinberg, Owen Swain, Renate Tunney, Gulnaz Turdalieva, Nicolette Westfall, Sebastien Woods
April 2: jewelry, native Canadian crafts, acrylic paintings, handmade aprons, hats, scarves, postcards, decorated plates and ceramics, photography, melted wax plaques and handmade crafts, including soap, pillows, throws, socks & scarves by: Julie Bell, Megan Caroll, Sharon Damn, Dragon’s Den (Randi Cartier), Bethany Findlay, Jean Giofu, Mia Kerr, Julie Lawrence, Connie Machin, Sue Marentette, Elizabeth Matlack, Ann Spadafora, Adele Steinberg, Gulnaz Turdalieva, Marie Wellwood.
