Windsor Police and Windsor Fire & Rescue were called to Queen Victoria Public School at the intersection of Victoria and Pelissier just after 12pm after someone reported an infant was locked inside a vehicle.

Firefighters decided to smash open the window of the car and extricate the 2 year old child, who was sweating profusely. EMS was then dispatched to the scene to assess the infant.
