April 16, 2010 — A fire broke out inside an apartment complex on Windsor’s east side Friday around 1:45pm. The fire started on the third floor of Cranleigh Court Apartment (unit 310) in the west building (6380 Wyandotte Street East). Fire fighters first arriving on scene reported heavy smoke from the upper floors. At 1:56pm, firefighters in the building declared that the fire had been put out.

Nobody was hurt during the incident. A strong burning smell filled the air. It smelled much like burning marijuana. Currently no other information has been released with regards to what actually started the fire.
