Boxes and boxes and boxes of paczkis line Blak's Bakeries' windowpanes on Sunday afternoon
Today is Shrove Tuesday, otherwise known as Paczki Day or Pancake Tuesday. Many of the area’s bakeries have been preparing thousands and thousands of paczkis since the end of last week. Windsor’s European Market at Wroclaw Court, Union Bakery, Blak’s Bakery and Lakeside Bakery in Leamington are expected to sell in the order of 35,000 paczki’s each.
