Local Wine Selections, each day this month

WindsorEats.com announced a buying-local-wine initiative during a press conference at the Radisson Hotel, Monday.

In conjunction with many local wineries, WindsorEats.com will post a new wine suggestion every day during the month of December!

The idea is to focus holiday wine selections on purchasing from Essex County Wineries instead of purchasing from the LCBO.

    Many local wineries will deliver to you for free or a minimum charge if you buy a case from them. Although it’s always fun to take a trip out and see what else they have to offer. Some have food and some have great Christmas gift ideas. Colio even makes a non-alcoholic peach fizzy drink if you want to include the kid, Wagners has a bakery on site (yum!), Viewpointe has an amazing view of the Lake…
