Walk for a Creative City is tomorrow (Monday May 18th), starting at 9:30am on Windsor’s Riverfront.
There’s actually two walks going on if you count the Mayor’s Riverwalk.
…three walks going on if you attend the Walk for BANA.
…….and FOUR walks going on if you join striking city employees who will be strolling with the groups for a walk along the river!
But perhaps the biggest walk will indeed be Walk for a Creative City. Hundreds of people are expected to turn out for this walk at 9:30am on Monday, near the Morning Flight sculpture, within the Riverfront Sculpture Garden (approximately between where Rankin / Bridge Ave. would meet Riverside Drive).
The walk will eventually move east to the Riverfront Festival Plaza, to celebrate the City’s 117th Birthday.
There will be cake!!!
