On Friday night I had the chance to tag along with a number of cooks and chefs from various Windsor food establishments.  More Battle of the Hors D’Oeuvres photos later in the day today on Windsor Visuals!

    I remember participating in this when I went to St.Joseph’s Highschool. We competed in the desert category. We made enough desert to serve 300 people! We won first place in the desert category. *n_n*
