Apparently Eastern Canada will see a partial solar eclipse on August 1st.  Whether or not Windsor will see anything, I can’t seem to find that answer.  The total eclipse will be visible mainly from Russia, and other upper-arctic regions.  Windsor and most of North America will have to wait until 2017 to witness a total solar eclipse!
